SUMMARY:Methodological Observations from the Anton Webern Edition Project
DESCRIPTION:The Anton Webern Gesamtausgabe at the University of Basel\, CH\
 , is a hybrid musicological edition project. It has the aim of researching
  and testing the scientific application of graphbased semantic models\, in
  terms of RDF vocabularies\, for the purpose of a digital music edition. T
 his ongoing research process is supported both by technological infrastruc
 ture provided and developed at the Digital Humanities Lab Basel (DHLab) an
 d the Swiss National Data & Service Center for the Humanities (DaSCH)\, bu
 t also by project-specific solutions to data representation and visualizat
 ion. The proposed talk aims to discuss challenges and obstacles in regard 
 to human-readable vs. machine-readable data\, presentation vs. representat
 ion of data\, and short-term project needs vs. long-term sustainability go
 als\, and thus tries to open up lines for methodological reflections in a 
 more broader context of DH research and projects.\\r\\nDieser Vortrag ist
